Let’s make “Uni Shutou & Camembert Cheese Bruschetta”

2 servings (serving size: 2 bread slices)


65g/2.3oz “Uni Shutou” (Maruhide original marinated sea urchin)
4 slices baguette
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
Red pepper thinly sliced as needed
Parsley as needed


  1. Cut baguette into thin slices and spread each slice generously with butter.
  2. Lay a piece of camembert cheese on baguette and top with Uni Shutou.
  3. Place sliced red pepper on top and drizzle olive oil.
4. Toast under broiler until lightly browned.

5. Sprinkle minced parsley.
